Planting to Enhance the Design
An important part of garden design is softening the landscape after paving, decking or installing perimeter fencing. This can be introduced with a variation of methods including turfed lawns, continental or architectural specimen plants or even multiple planting. The use of smaller trees or if the designed area can accomodate, the use larger varieties. Carefully selecting plants for color contrasts is an important factor and the right combinations will let your garden grow before your eyes.
